Job Description

  • Receives requests by emails/calls/letters from managers, departments and individual employees to issue a new/renewal affection plans, summation and payment online by government service , logs the requests on a daily basis, seeks the necessary clarifications and documents from the concerned parties, prioritizes and includes in the planned daily workload sheet ( Scan the letters, save and file copies, update list of receiving, checking all details ).
  • Refund of building permit : Receives requests by emails/calls/letters from development/consultants, collect documents (Letter - copy of building permit - original receipt ) summation manual on contract and follow up, receive return payment by mail. File copy from all documents.
  • An administration user, management system online : Create users, change company profile, add services for user, change service / role access for user, cancel users, search for users, change my profile information and password.
  • Follow up with all summations to get the result.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of daily correspondence, both incoming, outgoing and pending
  • Ensure that all pending matters are registered and regularly reviewed, and followed up for closure
  • Bring all urgent matters forward for action, and follow-up, as required
