Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Call Center agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls.
- Providing solutions to customer's problems.
- Assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Provide customers with information regarding our services.
- Arrange Shipment information (AWB) and follow up that they are delivered on time
- Be point of contact between customers, our company and the courier
- Make outbound calls to follow up on client's to make sure the orders are delivered.
- Fixed Working Hours.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in call center.
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
