Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Call Center agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls.
  • Providing solutions to customer's problems.
  • Assist customers who have specific inquiries.
  • Provide customers with information regarding our services.
  • Arrange Shipment information (AWB) and follow up that they are delivered on time
  • Be point of contact between customers, our company and the courier
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on client's to make sure the orders are delivered.
  • Fixed Working Hours.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in call center.
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
