Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor

Accountabilities & responsibilities

Safety:

• Responsible of safety inside the warehouse regarding raw materials storage, forklift…
• Apply and make apply safety rules defined in the factory by his team.
• Inform his manager and his team regarding safety issues and analyze the cause of those issues and solve them.

Management:

• Manage the warehouse team in order to pilot the receiving, production supply, scrap, and inventory.
• Propose and manage action plan to solve issues regarding those activities.
• Animate continuous improvement meeting every day with his team (GAP)

Reception:

• Manage the physical reception of raw materials inside the warehouse:
• Control of delivery notes versus physical reception and inform procurement team regarding differences.
• Store materials inside the warehouse according to rules of storage.
• Receiving daily delivery note showing the number and the quantity of raw material from store keeper to register on GPAO system after inspection by quality
• Filing all delivery note till receiving the final invoice form suppliers , in case of finding shortage or over delivery

Supply Raw materials to production :

• Responsible of providing raw materials required to production with respecting safety rules, quantity and rules defined with production.
• Solve issues regarding supply of raw materials to production with analysis of route cause
• Propose and manage action plan to solve issues.

Scrap management:

• Responsible for scrap sold out control on a daily basis to customer
• Receiving scrap customer information from purchasing part showing scrap selling instructions and scrap categories and price
• Responsible for delivery of scrap to customer , quantity and time scheduling to avoid any increasing in scrap stock inside the factory
• Signing approval for the sold quantity and pricing after review and check to be deliver to accounting department for money collection
