Job Description
- Engaged with key stake holders, internal and external, to understand their requirements.
- Troubleshoot networks, security and voice related issues
- Create and update documents related to infrastructure and security
- Work closely with users to solve their concerns
- Administer the infrastructure of local and remote sites
Job Requirements
- Strong security background. Must be able to administer F5, Cisco and Fortigate Firewalls, IPS solutions
- Troubleshooting skills. Can systematically work out the issues related to network and security
- Experienced in managing Cisco switches and routers, including 6509s
- Can administer Cisco Wall Manager and Voice Gateways
- Can support the wireless infrastructure using Cisco access points and WiSM.
- Can administer WINDOWS 2008 RADIUS servers.
- Can work with commercial and open-source tools to aid in administration and troubleshooting
- Can work with VMWare Workstation and ESXi
