Job Description

  • IT Technical Support for MOPH End users.(Internal and External department locations)
  • Installation new devices( Computer.laptops, printers, scanners, network printer etc.
  • Support users on OS, MS office, and other application and software.
  • Installation all kind application on pc's, (Support and Troubleshooting)
  • Repair the devices, formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Helping and give the information to users how solving the problem of printers, internet, language and more. If they face again they can solving himself

Job Requirements

  • 3 years experience in IT support Technician
  • Technical writing skills
  • Spoken language Arabic and English
  • A good memory of how software and operating system work
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution;
  • The ability to work well in a Team
  • Problem solving skills
  • A strong customer focus
  • The ability to prioritize your work load
  • Patience, technical orientation interest
  • Attention to detail
