Job Description

  • Engaged with key stake holders, internal and and external,to understand their requirements.
  • Troubleshoot network and voice related issues.
  • Create and update documents related to voice and switching infrastructure.
  • Work closely with users to solve their concerns.
  • Administer the voice and switching infrastructure of local and remote sites.
  • Analyze and recommend enhancements that can be made to the switching and voice platform.

Job Requirements

  • Strong VoIP background. Must be able to administer Cisco's VoIP Portfolio including Unified Communications Manager v.10.5, UCCX, Voice Getaways, Telepresence,TMS,Jabber
  • Strong networking background. Must be able to administer Cisco's Catalyst and Nexus line of switches, ISR's and ASR's line of routers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.Can systematically work-out the issues related to network and voice infrastructure
  • Can support the wireless infrastructure using Cisco access points and the 8500 lines of controllers
  • Can work with commercial and open-source tools to aid in administration and troubleshooting
  • Experienced with VMWare's ESXi and Microsoft Server platform.
