Job Description
- Assist and guide the Facility Management service provider in completing the assigned scope of works.
- Monitor and oversee the performance of Facility Management service provider to secure optimum client satisfaction.
- Overseen routine scheduled maintenance work, carrying out quality inspections and diagnosing breakdown problems.
- Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Monitor and control maintenance’s energy cost; electric, water and consumable.
- Improve health and safety policies and procedures.
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Work with specialist equipment, such as Programmable Logic controllers (PLC), automated system and products high technology.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of experience.
- Proven track record in a relevant position.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Problem Solver.
