Job Description
- Setting the quarterly target, distribute it and to the field force supervisors and take approval from the regional sales director.
- Monitoring the potentiality of each area according to
products’ affinity, previous year sales & IMS data analysis per geographical area. - Revising doctors’ speciality and number in each territory as well as their classification.
- Revising institutional business activities across the board.
- Managing the implication of marketing strategy settled by the marketing department, per product per speciality per territory.
- Setting the priorities in field force activities per speciality.
- Daily follow up with the field force supervisors to discuss and improve sales.
- Reviews the monthly sales strategy for every supervisor.
- Field activities including the KOL or key accounts.
- Reporting direct reports’ activities, core behaviors, sales results and field activities feedback.
- Organizing seminars on strategic products in group meetings with the marketing team or field force supervisors.
- Comparing IMS data versus actual sales and sales budget and put corrective measures.
Job Requirements
- Excellent analytical and management skills
- Bachelor's of Pharmacy.
- Min 2 years of Experience in the same position
