Job Description

  • Shall be responsible for making the time and cost scheduling and planning for the projects time, cash and resources flow.
  • Responsible for the negotiation, administration and execution of all project agreements, definition of the scope of work, and be accountable for project profitability, development of project work plan, and through coordination with project team.
  • Review and validate working documents (drawings), work’s preparation, sub- contracting, purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Supervise and coordinate your project towards a successful completion in accordance with client requirements, organizational policies, procedures, contract , time and cost specifications.
  • Coordinate activities on the project between different department and validate contractual options, whether technical, financial or time related.
  • Negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
  • Implement project budgets and resources, enforce project standards, technical reviews, manage team allocation, mobilize qualified personnel and specified tasks and prepare monthly progress reports.

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Architectural Engineering from reputable university.
  • Proven working experience in construction management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages
  • Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Solid background in using MS office applications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple luxury moderate scale projects with responsibility for client satisfaction throughout the project process
