Job Description
- Handle the recruitment process, starting from publicizing the required vacancy until filling the Job position.
- Ensure the on boarding process is implemented with new team members efficiently with internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain hiring reports and ensure all other relevant sheets and documents are up to date
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Contribute with internal stakeholders in developing annual manpower plan and ensure it meets the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Manages the organization different recruitment platforms and accounts and work on expanding them for future needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant field
- At least 3 years experiences in relevant experience
