Job Description
- Create Master budget & prepare budget forecasts
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by summarizing current financial status, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings of financial statement
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Responsible for company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Follow up with accounting office regarding taxes
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Accounting data entry using Aliphia system
- Prepare and maintain employee salaries, Transfer salaries to company’s bank account
Job Requirements
- High level of work Ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel & accounting softwares (Aliphia system is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations & procedures
- High level of attention to detail & Strong analytical skills.
