Job Description
We are seeking a Graphic Designer/Video Editor for the New Media department. The position’s responsibilities will include creating graphics and editing photos and videos Our ideal candidate is a proactive, highly creative, visual, and be able to generate ideas in a fast-paced, detail-oriented professional who adapts well to change and is skilled at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and handling the pressures of deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design custom marketing materials for our major national accounts.
- Build and manage complex InDesign documents, for print and digital applications.
- Create unique concept artwork, dynamic page layouts, custom infographics, and detailed vector drawings.
- Editing digital content using video and photo sources to be utilized on a variety of platforms.
- Create digital graphics for use in email marketing, websites, and property videos.
- Interact directly with clients, editors, copywriters, third-party vendors and financial analysts.
Job Requirements
Candidates should also have the following education, experience, skills and attributes:
- 1 to 5 years of graphic design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent education and experience
- Expert capability in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience in Dreamweaver (HTML / CSS) and Email Marketing applications is a plus
- Experience with UX/UX design
- Strong project management skills
