Job Description
- Collect recruitment requirements and needs from department’s managers.
- Screen, attract, assess candidates using tools and achieve operational delivery of the recruitment targets.
- Conduct phone screening, initial face to face interviews for the applicable candidates.
- Assist in selection process.
- Record and revise the data of the new employees.
- Handle medical claims.
- Handle employees inquiries and complains.
- Handle Training Process.
- Other Assigned Tasks.
Job Conditions:
- Temporary position for 6 months
Job Requirements
- High University Degree. HR Certificate will be preferred.
- Experience 1-2 years in HR is required.
- Females Only.
- Very Good English.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
