Job Description

  • Collect recruitment requirements and needs from department’s managers.
  • Screen, attract, assess candidates using tools and achieve operational delivery of the recruitment targets.
  • Conduct phone screening, initial face to face interviews for the applicable candidates.
  • Assist in selection process.
  • Record and revise the data of the new employees.
  • Handle medical claims.
  • Handle employees inquiries and complains.
  • Handle Training Process.
  • Other Assigned Tasks.

Job Conditions:

  • Temporary position for 6 months

Job Requirements

  • High University Degree. HR Certificate will be preferred.
  • Experience 1-2 years in HR is required.
  • Females Only.
  • Very Good English.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
