Job Description
- Promote sales of properties provided, cold calls, prospecting, and networking.
- Accompany clients to property site, discuss deal conditions, and draw up real estate contracts.
- Study, and generate property listings, property inspection, and interview prospective clients.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Attend real estate events
- Generate leads from different channels.
- Ability to follow up & meet clients.
- Ability to persuade.
- Maintain and update listing of available properties.
- Maintaining databases.
- Supporting team members

- Representing the company at corporate accounts.

Job Requirements
Experience in sales and preferable in real estate field (3-5 years experience).
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3 to 5 years experience in real estate in new cairo.
- Confident communicators with excellent selling skills.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent Computer user.
- Presentation skills.
- Age (Max. 30 years old).
- University degree.
- Oracle is a plus.
- Presentable.
