Job Description
- Follow-up of attendance, departure and employee leave
- Making contracts for new employees and receiving their own papers
- Review and save employee files
- Termination of the procedures of dismissed employees
- Participate in the work of job description cards in partnership with the directors of departments.
- Participate in the work and modify the structure of the company, based on the company's objectives and policies
- Monitor the effectiveness / quality of health care and follow up the access of workers to the services provided by the insurance company contracted with them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Experience: 2-3 years in Real Estate company is a must .
- English Language: Very Good
