Job Description
- Agreeing on different project objectives with clients and the project team.
- Provide advice to management for projects.
- Make the time schedule of different projects and update it periodically.
- Control & Monitor the variations of the projects, update the plan as per these variations and submit to the technical office.
- Update project's progress with management on daily basis.
- Organize the various professional people working on a projects. monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Responsible for collecting the technical elements of proposals and managing the procurement plan for the construction period.
- Make sure that all the goals of the project are met.
- Making sure the quality standards are met for delivery while controlling the project cost and ensuring a safe project environment.
- Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing.
- Capture customer requirements and articulate our proposition to solve customer’s immediate problems.
- Represent the company in technical presentations, client meetings, workshops, etc.
Job Requirements
- BSc. In Architectural Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience focusing on the fit-out projects for administrative buildings in Egypt and facility management projects.
- A network of contacts within these sectors, and preferably also within multinational organizations and relevant stakeholder organizations.
- The ability to communicate in fluently in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Able to work under stress, with variable shifts wither day/night depending on project schedule and status.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A team player with leadership abilities.
