Job Description
- Brand Management: include a definition of the brand vision, Promise and value proposition.
- Create marketing plans for brands, including managing both the existing product portfolio & new product launches responsible for marketing plan development & execution.
- Develop and execute advertising and promotional activities to effectively communicate the strategic positioning and life-cycle development of products to customers.
- Develop integrated creative communications program for existing and new products.
- Management Company events that could be in the form of Trade Fairs, B2B, Road Shows or Trade Missions.
- Creating Trade activities programs / Expected Outcome / ROI.
- Develop Seasonality related activations planning.
- Performing analysis to get a glance on the current / planned status.
- Carry out trade audits to ensure that merchandising and promotional plans are being implemented.
- Understand relevant marketplace dynamics and consumer target.
- Develop financial and market analysis to quantify new opportunities.
- Maintain and update library of competitive claims.
- Reporting on-going competitive Positioning, Spend and Analysis.
- Lead Data gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and grow the brand.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve the mutual Targets.
