Ensure accurate preparation for daily shipments & documentation of all exports market.
Responsible for all air & sea shipments handling.
Communicate with all forwarders for shipments booking & ensuring best rates and services are provided.
Review and check all forwarders invoices & ensure submission to our Finance department for payment preparation.
Coordinating with Export brokers to ensure official governmental docs and stamped & original for future submissions to subsidies authorities.
Prepare monthly cost of export report for the finance and sales department.
Key person in all export Inter-group communications & orders.
Coordination with planning & local purchasing team for the natural cotton supply chain & updating the top management with the weekly reports.
Supervising all export operations & customer communications done through the responsible export coordinators.
Applying all Coats policies and standards on concern.
