Job Description
- Responsible of day-to-day operations.
- Makes frequent daily inspection tours.
- Co-ordinates all duties of maintenance team and regularly monitors inventory.
- Energy management including electric, fuel, water and how much energy is being consumed.
- Understands how all systems work so that all plant and equipment which are operated automatically
- To be aware with all OH&S rules, procedures, policies and standards applied.
- Monthly report from each external company to be collected including the tasks that had been done.
Job Requirements
- Electromechanical, mechanical or mechatronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in facility management “Companies, Hotels, restaurants, Stores, etc.”
- Good English is required.
- AutoCAD 2D is necessary.
