Role Description:
- The intern will intern will integrate the Resource Management Group, being exposed to the entire range of processes, interact with line managers, strengthen people management skills and ability to handle challenging and unstructured situations.

Main Activities:
- System driven human resource management and tracking
- Multiple stakeholder management
- Understanding operations for high volume personnel management
- Understanding of business to business processes i.e. Between TCS and client organization
- Vendor management - coordination with external hiring agencies
