Job Description
- Optimize social CRM as engagement, acquisition and retention tool, including day-to-day management KidZania Cairo Facebook , Instagram & Twitter pages
- Moderate Social Media pages
- Answers all inquiries of customers online
- Responsible for uploading all creative content on the social media platforms
- Constantly brainstorming new ideas to increase the interaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Arts, Commerce, Mass Communication or any relevant study
- Excellent Command of English language (Writing and Speaking)
- Typing Skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication skills including verbal communications, active listening
- Flexibility to work during weekends
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies and media tactics
- A team player who is passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work
