Job Description
- Support the monthly submission ‘Bison submission’
- Manage costing activities including standard cost calculation and Participate in the month end closing activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper reporting, cut-off, follow up / clearing mismatch.
- Monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Responsible for monthly costing / inventory activities , provision and accruals, ensuring proper recording and timely reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining / compliance with the company SOP and accounting standards.
- Dealing with internal & external auditors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years post qualification experience
- Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken
- Preferable to have a pharma experience on similar role
- Good knowledge of costing accounting and reporting standards
- Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met
- Actively seek to improve processes, controls and expand effectiveness and efficiency
- Self-motivated and displays initiatively in solving problems
- Strong accounting background
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and shown initiative
- Ability to communicate, lead discussions and review on all finance related processes and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal influencing skills
- Excellent command of Computer ,MS office and SAP
- Strong analytical and influencing Skills & problem-solving capabilities
