Job Description
- Follow up a Plan of manpower needs.
- Participate in determining the basic requirement s for each job.
- Participate in Recruitment process; Job posting and developing a pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs and short list potential candidates and Call selected applicants to set up interviews.
- Execute pre-screening, final face to face interviews.
- Follow up recruitment channels (recruitment agencies, newspapers, recruitment websites, and etc).
- Coordinate with departments for technical interviews & ensure effectiveness of the recruitment plan .
- Submit candidates’ offers and follow up until placing.
- Record candidate’s data in HR database.
- Receive and Sort new employees paperwork and Maintain personnel files in accordance with law.
- Coordinate in new employees orientation.
- Follow up results of prescreening tests and monthly appraisals for the first 3 month.
- Conduct exit interviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2-4 years experience in HR field , HR Certificate is preferable.
- Good communication Skills.
- High Computer skills.
- Gender : Males
- Resident : 10th of Ramadan , Sharkia , Cairo.
