Job Description

  • Acts as liaison between HR Staff and HR Manager
  • Responsible for the supervision, control and organizing of the HR Staff and its activities
  • Assists and monitors all work pertaining to employee Compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management and payroll management.
  • Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures, systems
  • Supervise HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the human resources department
  • Reports directly to HR managers and provide feedback to the day to day operations
  • Coordinates compliance the performance management and appraisal system and their submission of the completed annual evaluation form for all employees
  • Ensures that all personnel transactions such as transfers, promotions, resignations, contracts and JDs are properly documented.
  • Coordinates review process for employees nominated for conversion from probationary to regular status and for those recommended for promotion
  • Supports the Human Resource manager and department staff for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities
  • Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, other-department needs, etc.) for developing recommendations and/or supporting for the team.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource (or similar related degree).
  • 9 years’ relevant experience at least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Supervisor
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records
  • Very good Time management
  • Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Very strong social skills
  • Well organized.
