Job Description
- Help Post Ads on the related portals: Aqararmap -property Finder – OLX.
- Reply on Facebook messages and comments.
- Help working on the analysis of the customer’s database.
- Manage the CRM and the website.
- Disturbed the Leads on the sales Agent.
- Make the quality assurance calls.
- Update the data on the CRM.
- Conduct weekly calls with the developers to collect the updates on the payment.
- Help on Answering the Inbound calls and make outbound calls for UAE.
- Attend the periodic developer’s trainings and orientations.
- Attend the company launches and events and help with the guests' registration.
Job Requirements
- Experience in operations or Real Estate field is a MUST.
- A graduate of any major.
- Very good English level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Must be very organized.
- Excellent Business writing skills.
