Job Description

  • Help Post Ads on the related portals: Aqararmap -property Finder – OLX.
  • Reply on Facebook messages and comments.
  • Help working on the analysis of the customer’s database.
  • Manage the CRM and the website.
  • Disturbed the Leads on the sales Agent.
  • Make the quality assurance calls.
  • Update the data on the CRM.
  • Conduct weekly calls with the developers to collect the updates on the payment.
  • Help on Answering the Inbound calls and make outbound calls for UAE.
  • Attend the periodic developer’s trainings and orientations.
  • Attend the company launches and events and help with the guests' registration.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in operations or Real Estate field is a MUST.
  • A graduate of any major.
  • Very good English level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Must be very organized.
  • Excellent Business writing skills.
