Job Description
- Supervise all administrative activities inside the branch.
- Assess branch needs for human resources and equipment regularly.
- Assess and analyze the training needs of the staff.
- Assess the branch needs for consumables monthly and report to purchasing manager.
- Reports monthly to operating manager.
- Market all services of the branch.
- Address and deal with any complaint, request or suggestion from internal and external customers.
- Manage internal flow of the customers.
- Appraise the performance of all staff in the branch except doctors monthly according to predetermined criteria.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
