Job Description
- Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts
- Perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights.
- Advise executives on contract status, legal risks and business terms of various deals.
- Explain legal language.
- Draft terms and conditions in agreements.
- Ensure legal objectives are met as delegated by manager.
- Peruse all legal procedures for complaints and related to work law cases of the employees as assigned by the Manager
- Reviews any complaints and inquiries that are sent to the Legal department
- Takes the necessary legal actions against the failures individuals or the entities that are contracting with the Hospital as guided by the Manager
- Maintain accessible and retrievable Database for all the cases and its history, policy and position on legal issues and insure its security
Job Requirements
- B.A of Law
- Gender :Male
- Resident : Alexandria & Cairo
- From 10-15 years’ of experience.
- Good English Language is a must
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Detail-Oriented and very organized.
