Cybertron International, Inc. a multinational computer manufacturer and a managed IT services provider is hiring for a position of an Order Processing Agent / Production Planner
Description:
The primary goal is to process all incoming orders, insure the compatibility of the computer components in each order, produce the daily production plans, produce the pick tickets, identify any irregularities of fraudulent web orders.
Responsibilities:
The following are some of the job responsibilities of the position but not limited to.
- Process Payments for all orders
- Identify any suspicious or fraudulent web orders
- Validate the compatibility of the components of each order
- Consolidate similar orders into production patches
- Identify and communicate any back ordered or needed components to the purchasing team
- Conduct verification on some orders with customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Must Work USA Working hours and days (Monday thru Friday 3 P.M. to Midnight Cairo Time)
- Organized, manages time well
- Detail-oriented (important)
- Excellent Knowledge of computer Hardware (Must!)
- Ability to substitute items on orders with similar or better quality alternative according to set guidelines or by attaining authorization.
