Cybertron International, Inc. a multinational computer manufacturer and a managed IT services provider is hiring for a position of an Account Administrator / Auditor
Description:
The primary goal of this accounting auditor/analyst is to control, audit and reconcile documents with both customers and vendors. Control the issuance of all credits to customers and debits from vendors. To minimize any financial losses to the company due to erroneous debits from customers. To file all needed claims with both customers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
The following are some of the job responsibilities of the position but not limited to:
- Issue Return Merchandise Authorization major customer accounts
- Audit and Issue Back End Rebates (BER), compliance, COOP advertising, and other allowances Credit Memos
- File Shipment Invoice Shortage Claims
- File Returns Shipment Shortage Claims
- Reconcile Open Credit Orders
- Paid Open Credit Orders
- Unpaid Open Credit Orders
- Audit and Convert Return Items Debit Orders to Debit Memos
- Collect and Reconcile Open Debit Memos from Vendors
- Collect and Reconcile Open Sales Invoices
- Perform collection and follow up duties on past due amounts
- Reconcile Open Sales Orders
- Audit Freight Bills
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 Year Experience.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Must Work USA Working hours and days (Monday thru Friday 3 P.M. to Midnight Cairo Time)
- Experience in GAAP is preferred
