Job Description
- Preparing Quality Plan with all relevant procedures
- Checking activities & following up inspection requests for consultant
- Following up inspections circulations & controlling by logging
- Coordinating between technical office submittal , consultant approvals & site execution
- Inspecting all delivery material used for finishings before issuing to construction & comparing with approved samples
- Submitting methods of statement for several activities referring to consultant`s specifications
- Submitting ITP (Inspection Test Plan) for each activity
Job Requirements
- Sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Keen interest in buildings and the built environment - an insight into Building Information Modeling (BIM) will also be a significant advantage
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals
- Good organizational and negotiation skills
