Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manage all data entries and employees. This includes planning and assigning work to each employee, and handling personnel review and disciplinary actions.

Job Duties:

  • Develop new work methods and procedures to make content and terminal gate staff as efficient and productive as possible. Facilitate the work flow of content and make it as streamlined as possible.
  • Evaluate personnel performance.
  • Formulate training methods and handle training of new hires. This includes teaching new employees proper content procedure, orienting them in company policies, and integrating them smoothly into company operations.
  • Ensures quality and accuracy of all terminal gate and content work by regularly auditing all data processed by the staff, and implementing checking mechanisms and quality controls.
  • Supervises day-to-day operations of all content work, shifting schedules of staff, task assignments.
  • Reporting to management.
  • Coordinates with other departments in other related matters.
  • Provides leadership and guidance for all terminal and content staff.
  • Assist staff with questions and difficulties.
  • Analyze internal operations and procedures and formulate and recommend proper changes as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 1 year experience as Team Leader ( Content industry is preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office
  • Flexible with rotational shifts
  • Males ONLY
