Job Description
- Extract and process source data from different systems.
- Ensure the quality of acquired data, and generate information delivered in different reporting formats including Excel and Access reports.
- Build statistical models or adapt existing ones to meet requirements of the organization
- Responsibilities includes Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Reporting/MIS
- Optimize use of tools/technology and workforce management techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of supported accounts
- Ensure all deliverables are released within timelines
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of MS Excel and advanced excel functions is a MUST
- Good written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of WFM Tools would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross functional interaction
- Conceptual knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) and outsourcing metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good English Language
