Job Description
- Dealing with Sabre GDS (Issue / Reissue / Refund).
- Handle tailor made request.
- Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside & outside Egypt.
- Issuing travel insurance.
- Interact with clients over Phone, Email, social media and Life chat.
- Closing sales and follow up with clients "using above channels”.
- Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Handling hotel's rate update & issuing of vouchers.
- Advising clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
- Evaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring client's satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Have an experience with ticketing & reservations (Domestic and international).
- Willing to start immediately.
- Willing to work on shift basis (No over night shifts / 2 Days off)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years Experience in the field of tourism.
- Males Only.
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
- Strong basic computer skills.
- Fluent / Very good command of English
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to achieve sales target
