Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyses financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.).
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Review the bank's interest
- Reviewing discount and commission notices and matching the rates approved by the company
- Preparing monthly bank bonds for banks
- Define and implement the cost allocation structures for the Company
- Ensure that Company’s purchases and expenses adhere to agreed upon policies and procedures
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process
- Ensure consistency and transparency of the annual budgets presented by all departments
- Manage all existing and future investments of Company
- Prepare the yearly financial statements
- Submit weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reports to the Management and the Board as per standards and business needs
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (English Section)
- From 3-5 Years of Experience
- Relevant experience in financial and cost accounting role
- Familiarity with Computer Softwares and Applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, major Accounting
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices, Finance,
- Knowledge of laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation &Technical accounting skills
- Knowledge of ERP Systems is a plusAbility to set up and organize database
- and spreadsheets.
- Ability to efficiently use MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects).
- Good knowledge of dealing with Local and international banks including policies and procedures.
