Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and analyses financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.).
  • Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status.
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
  • Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
  • Review the bank's interest
  • Reviewing discount and commission notices and matching the rates approved by the company
  • Preparing monthly bank bonds for banks
  • Define and implement the cost allocation structures for the Company
  • Ensure that Company’s purchases and expenses adhere to agreed upon policies and procedures
  • Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process
  • Ensure consistency and transparency of the annual budgets presented by all departments
  • Manage all existing and future investments of Company
  • Prepare the yearly financial statements
  • Submit weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reports to the Management and the Board as per standards and business needs

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (English Section)
  • From 3-5 Years of Experience
  • Relevant experience in financial and cost accounting role
  • Familiarity with Computer Softwares and Applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, major Accounting
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices, Finance,
  • Knowledge of laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation &Technical accounting skills
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems is a plusAbility to set up and organize database
  • and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to efficiently use MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects).
  • Good knowledge of dealing with Local and international banks including policies and procedures.
