Job Description
- Maintain and support internal enterprise systems including switches, routers, servers, SANs, NAS, Cameras, and mobiles systems.
- Complete assigned IT projects to further the PICO Systems IT.
- Repair and/or provide technical advice on the workings of all computers and other hardware.
- Configure new servers and PCs appropriately as required.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- Provide routine hardware support for company employees and top management in-house computers, telephone systems, home automation network, mobile and other communication IT equipment.
- Participate in a weekly on-call with other personnel for weekend support remotely.
- Must be willing to participate in and pass the company’s pre-employment screening process including a background investigation, Medical detection.
- Must be able to meet and continue to renewal all licensing requirements for all apps.
- Must be able to meet client background and suitability screening when required to access client’s data and/or site.
- All other duties as reasonably assigned.
- Based on the requirements of the contracts being serviced out of a particular office.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems or equivalent.
- MCSE or MCSA certification and a plus.
- Experience with program design, hardware maintenance, operating systems, local and wide area networking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer networks and systems.
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization and Storage Area Networks.
- Broad knowledge of personal computers at the laptop and desktop level.
- Working knowledge of various communications protocols and hardware, i.e. Ethernet, TCP/IP, switches, routers.
- Good documentation/technical writing skills.
- Ability to interface and communicate with employees and Teamwork in a clear and professional manner.
- Available to work extra hours and during non-business hours as needed.

Bachelor Degree:
- Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
Experience:
- Four to six years' system administration experience.
