Job Description
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Follow architectural trends, advancements, codes, and regulations.
- Study and prepare the project documents including drawing and specifications.
- Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare the required invoices.
- Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
- Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed Invoices.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
- 2-5 years of Experience
- Construction background is a must.
- AutoCAD, Sap, 3D Max, Photoshop, shop drawing.
