Job Description

  • Manages the arrangement and appointments agenda in all; meetings, interviews, visits, occasions and normal or up normal activities.
  • Organizes daily work and orientation related to office to achieve the best use of the available resources and time .
  • Organizes& prepares travel arrangements in terms of light bookings, hotels, transportation in addition to financial and administrative arrangements and related agenda.
  • Reviewing correspondences and transactions delivered to office ensuring their systematic validity and also write the required explanations on them, submitting them or referring them to the related departments' managers and departments' heads and following what actions have been made.
  • Manages the in and out communications system such as; telephone calls reception and messages reception, transactions etc.
  • Presents transactions and correspondences to the manager.
  • Creates and develops automated archiving system for all administrative work flow and correspondences.
  • Attend executive meetings with the manager, take meeting minutes follow up on any tasks related to the manager and also attend some meetings on behalf of the manager if requested.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc in Administration or any related major.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of office administration experience.
  • Specialist knowledge: Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Language Fluency: English – Arabic
  • Computer: Excellent MS proficiency.
  • Gender Preference: Males only.

Skills:

  • High level of professionalism and strong ability to relate to people of all business levels.
  • Effective interpersonal communication style particularly with Board members, executives and senior level staff.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
