TensorGraph is looking for a highly motivated program manager responsible for planning and overseeing a set of innovative AI based projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion within budget and in accordance with the business KPIs.
Job Description:
Administrative
- Follow ups on the projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion within budget and the progress reported meets the expectations week by week (sprint by sprint) (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Ensuring the completeness of time sheets/ written sync up updates and email responses.
Documentation and non functional deliverables QA
- Project coordination and resource readiness assessment (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Report template creation
- Documentation template creation
- QA on the project deliverables and their quality level
People management
- Train the team on the proper soft skills
- Communication
- Reporting
- Presentation
Responsibilities include:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Prepare the project releases plan with user stories functions and stories (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitor employees and project progress and suggest adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement (collaboration with the technical leadership contribution)
- Contribution to product sales strategies
- Contribution to product marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2 years experience in managing software engineering projects
- Has technical/engineering background.
