- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements.
- Organize internal training and meetings.
- Identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
- Measuring and improving the actual performance of the employees.
- Following up on the implementation of the approved work regulations
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Job Requirements
- Experience 5-10 years of experience in HR functions & administration
- Holding an HR diploma is preferable
- Solid Recruitment Experience
- Full awareness of labor and social insurance laws and requirements.
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable
