Job Description
- Own the Marketing strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of the demand and lead generation activities of free and paid channels including SEO/SEM, direct mail, Social media, Third Party email, events, etc.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Develop detailed campaign project plans, create briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Drive brand awareness across all Categories and work closely with all the departments
- Own top-level business goals.
- Seek out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and productivity
Job Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- BS degree in marketing or a related field
- AUC, GUC… Graduated or a foreigner preferred
- Fluent in English
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
