Job Description
- Daily follow up on all reservation channels.
- Preparing, sending, and replying to travel agencies and guests for any requested information.
- Completing reservation deals with individuals and travel agencies.
- Making daily situation sheets.
- Following up room assignment, check-in and check-out, and settling the billing.
- Giving show rounds for existing or potential guests. g. Dealing with V.I.P, regular guests, the airline groups, and multi groups.
- Dealing with a very busy switchboard answering calls up to standards.
- Taking appropriate action regarding guests' complaints.
- Ensuring that all rate plans are accurate and meet our standards.
