Instructional Designer

With you on our team as an instructional designer, we can continue to create online E-Learning programs that have the same educational standards that people expect from our courses. You will have the chance to work with subject matter experts to design or adapt coursework to online learning platforms.

You as Instructional Designers need to be creative; think outside the box. They need to be able to look at content and find new and exciting ways to present that information to the audience. Making the information more visually stimulating can help the audience interact better with the information and use the information to change their behavior.

Use your technological prowess to keep our clients using the latest instructional technologies to remain at the forefront of online and E-learning. With your excellent problem solving and analytical skills, you will work closely with the creative team and reporting to account project / creative manager to keep our production up to the standards with the highest quality and cost-effective possible that our client expect.

• Design a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed.
• Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts and instructors to create the best coursework possible.
• Create realistic objectives for learning or performance for students and instructors.
• Redesign courses for online presentation that are conducive to distance learning programs while still adhering to academic goals of the institution.
• Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to delivery options for the course.
• Analyze courses to ensure they meet or exceed institutional standards, and provide reports for accreditation reviews.
• Adapt coursework to assist learners with disabilities so that they are able to experience the same learning opportunities as others.
• Remain aware of all emerging instructional technologies and make recommendations about when to adopt certain systems to continue to offer the best learning experience possible.
