Job Description
- Assisting guests to surf and reserve listings through different channels
- Scheduling reservations and arranging rooms’ calendar
- Responding to guests’ inquiries during their stays
- Maintaining records and accurate data of all guests
- Submitting weekly and monthly reports
- Addressing pain points in the reservations process and suggesting solutions
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in reservations and/or communications field.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, tourism, marketing, or relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
- Good use of Microsoft Office and Google products. Skills
- Adaptability and agility with changes.
- Tolerance in communication and handling different personas.
- Problem-solving and attentive to details
