Job Description

  • Work closely with GM and Senior Managers in developing the annual business plan, objectives and KPI’s for the entire organization.
  • Ensure each employee has clear annual objectives and measurable KPI’s.
  • Prepare and control spend within HR Budget (Training + Recruitment costs)
  • Review and propose changes in the C&B policy based on market benchmark analysis and job analysis.
  • Monitor proposed and implemented changes in employee C&B and organization structure to ensure that the chosen approach is implemented in line with policy, fairly and consistently across the company.
  • Assist the finance department in any increment and bonus disbursement exercises.
  • Provide effective and timely recruitment solutions for all agreed assignments. Ensuring recruited employee’s fit the need of the role and fit within the organization’s cultural environment.
  • Provide operational HR support to the organization, developing effective working relationships with managers and encouraging the development of HR best practices.
  • Track the adherence to the “HR cycle” - support and advise the management team on status and keeping to the schedule.
  • Be pro-active in identifying potential and arising employee relations issues and agreeing necessary actions to handle them.
  • Provide reactive and proactive advisory services on pre- assigned areas of best HR practice for the company Internal Process
  • Develop the organizational human resources strategy and lead the implementation after full alignment with GM and Senior Management.
  • Implement Talent Management process (IDP, Development Plans, Career Matrix)
  • Create a talent development plan to ensure the proper succession plans are in place.
  • Rollout performance management process as per Balanced Scorecard Method (BSC).
  • Lead the implementation of the performance review policy and develop the annual training plan, PDP and Succession Plan.
  • Carry out employee annual satisfaction surveys in Q1 of each year.
  • Review and assess the HR module of the current SAP ERP system.
  • Review and update all JD’s in the company and ensure all JD’s are very well defined and each employee are fully trained and clear about his role in the organization.
  • Develop structured Q&A process within the company to enable the employees to share their thoughts with the management.
  • Develop the grading system in light of the designation matrix and JD’s workload and contribution to the company.
  • Ensure all HR processes are fully documented and under the control of the organizations document/process management systems.
  • Ensure all HR related policies and or standards are correctly adopted within the organizations own policies and procedures.
  • Assist and guide managers on the contents, interpretation and application of employment law, terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedures, ensuring consistency of approach and accuracy.
  • Provide advice, support and coaching to managers in dealing with performance and conduct issues.
  • Ensure suitable support to line managers to ensure the completion and execution of the learning and development plan based on collective developmental needs analysis and agreed budgets.

  • Growth practice benchmarks within the companies and advise the organization(s) on needed improvement areas.
  • Participate in the organizations planning (strategic and operational) processes, ensuring that the development of employees and HR processes facilitates these plans.
  • Keep own knowledge on HR best practices current, and ensure any relevant developments are brought into the organization’s practices.
  • Develop ideas, lead and participate in specialist projects, as required by the GMs, to build company's reputation as an employer and enable it to attract and retain the best talent.

Job Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of HR experience out of which 3 - 4 years at a managerial position
  • Bachelors /master’s degree in management or BBA/MBA in HR or CIPD qualified
  • HR Certifications or other HR related trainings
  • Influencing, people management, leading, project management skills
