Job Description
• Audit and ensure the implementation of the QC systems and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of company products to ensure that the final products are in compliance with WEE Press quality standards.
• Manage the implementation of all activities related to the requirements and standards of quality ISO certificates 22000 - 9001-14001.
• Monitor pest control program, operational methods, and good manufacturing practice and take corrective actions in presence of deviation.
• Incoming material inspection according to standards, material book, and customer requirements
• Preparing for non conformance reports for unacceptable materials
• Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality.
• Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
• Stop production if serious product defects are present.
• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
• Evaluate quality of materials or products.
• Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
• Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities.
• Monitor organizational procedures to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate organizational information to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with preferably a degree in quality control.
- Previous experience in the Plastics industry
- 10+ years experience in the field .
- Very Good in English Spoken and written.
- TPM Principles
- Total Quality Management TQM.
