Job Description

JOB Scope:

  • The vacancy is an Administrative level position requiring a level of engagement of top tier talent.
  • Whoever is accepted for this position will have the unique opportunity to work directly with our offices overseas and influencing the day to day process.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling and managing Emails with US offices.
  • Following up with patient’s medical insurance companies on pending bills.
  • Maintain patients’ information through reporting system.

Job Conditions:

  • Long term commitment is needed for this opportunity
  • Working Hours: 9 starting from 3 PM till 12 AM CLT.
  • 5 Days a week with 2 Days off Saturday & Sunday.
  • Location: Nasr City

Job Requirements

  • English: Fluent or Native speaking.
  • High & Effective communication skills.
  • Professional work ethic
  • Able to engage members in a professional & friendly conduct.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft office.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience required: 0-2 years.
  • Graduates only - undergraduates are not accepted at this time.
