Job Description

  • Updates and maintains the CEO’s calendar.
  • Coordinates and sets up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, special events and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of reports.
  • Provides superior administrative support to CEO, including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer call in / out office, set appointment for board members and head of department.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office buffet needs, equipment layouts, and procurement of stationary.
  • Reception for all walk-in persons and maintain they visits.

Job Requirements

  • University degree, 3 : 5 Years' minimum experience in the same role
  • Good command of English.
  • A good knowledge of all office systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Male only
