Job Description
- Implement the Company's Policy and procedures
- Conducting TNA and arrange the proper training courses for employees
- Creating Competency Model
- Creating Appraisal System
- Responsible for Job Description and Analysis
- Responsible for drawing and updating the hierarchy charts and flow char
- Responsible for drawing and updating the organization chart due to the company culture
- Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals
- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
- Assist on Recruiting Cycle (Selection, Job posts, Interviews…)
Job Requirements
- University degree or equivalent .
- HR Diploma
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- Experience in industrial field will be an asset.
- Excellent office computer skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Leadership, communication and presentation skills
