Job Description
- Ensures that the technical support KPI’s are meeting or exceeding the SLA required
- Executes the desktop preventive and maintenance plans
- Installs and configures computer operating systems
- Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Provides support, including procedural, documentation
- Supports business needed applications
- Responds within agreed time limits to support requests
- Prioritizes and managing several open cases at one time
- Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- Performs other related duties
Job Requirements
- Certified CCNA
- Certified one of the below: MCSA/MCITP/MCSE
