Job Description
Managing the following activities, reviewing and approval:
- To Follow Up on routine QHSE activities
- OHSAS System Implementation
- QMS SOPs review and approval
- Assisting in internal and external Quality & Safety Audits
- Document Control and Archiving
- CAPA Management
- Follow up on Pest Control Program
- Track Housekeeping Progress
- Non Conformities reporting and tracking
- Work with Different Departments to highlight GAPs and propose corrective actions on it
- Quality Manual and build up for the quality system.
- Reviewing standard operating procedures and controlling the required changes for master documents.
- Investigation of deviations and complaints (i.e. NCR), determination the root causes for non conformity, issuing an investigation report contain the required corrective/preventive actions and ensuring that corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Execution and co-ordination of recalls, issuing a recall report contain the required actions and ensuring that actions are implemented.
- Monitoring the implementation and compliance with Good storage Practice principles through conducting periodical self-inspection, issuing an auditing report contain the required actions and ensuring that actions are implemented.
- Issuing required training plans, providing training for all the personnel.
- Handling of external audits and external approvals.
- Archiving for the quality documents.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experiences in same field, as well experience in project management and/or quality control in the field.
As a quality manager, you would need:
- Analytical and logical approach
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate staff
- Good negotiating skills
- Planning and project management skills
- IT and mathematical ability, for interpreting figures and statistics
- Customer focus and good business sense
- Familiarity with a range of quality standards and models
- Relevant technical skills (in industries like engineering or manufacturing)
